H-Mart, the large Asian supermarket and food hall in North Austin, is hosting a Market Eatery Food & Music Festival on August 3 that will feature a "free sample frenzy" of everything from bulgogi to Pocky Sticks, discounted food at the food hall, face painting, balloons and themed nail art.

The event is free and open to the public from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with specials on food, drinks and shopping all day. The store, which opened in 2018 and is part of a popular chain with nearly 40 locations, is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week at 11301 Lakeline Blvd.
