Hurricane Harvey was more than 18 months ago, but Texas families and businesses are still recovering.
As legislators at the Capitol consider bills that would help those Texas cities, H-E-B is taking another route: Selling a new cream-filled chocolate cookie called Choco Coco Twisters that will raise money for disaster relief.

The cookies — two chocolate cookies filled "coconut crème and bits of real coconut candy flakes" — are now on shelves at stores throughout Texas. Five percent of the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross, and you can buy the limited-edition cookies all summer long.
