A classic French brasserie is all about energy, bonhomie and electricity — and, of course, delicious food.

Le Politique, the newest restaurant from the Austin-based New Waterloo group, seeks to replicate this dining culture in our own downtown. But does it succeed in manufacturing excitement while also being a place that feels uniquely Austin?
