Sure, Texans think they know all there is to know about barbecue. But what about Korean barbecue? The dining ritual features meats cooked on a tabletop grill, served with an assortment of sides that can range from kimchi to fish cakes to broccoli to hot dogs (yes, you read that correctly).

Only a handful of Korean barbecue restaurants exist in Austin, and Charm Korean BBQ on Howard Lane is a standout.
