Some of Austin’s top chefs are joining forces this weekend for a benefit to assist Heather Love, a yoga teacher, former assistant Montessori teacher and member of the Austin food community, who most recently worked with the Dai Due Butcher Shop & Supper Club. Love suffered a severe head injury and broken bones as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

Chefs Shawn Cirkiel (Parkside), Jesse Griffiths (Dai Due), Rene Ortiz (La Condesa), Todd Duplechan and Jessica Maher (Lenoir) and Barrie Cullinan (Amity Bakery) will prepare A Feast for Love, a four-course meal with wine pairings, Sunday at 6 p.m. at Parkside (301 E. 6th St.).

The evening will also feature live music and live and silent auctions. Tickets are $150 and available online at AustinFoodForLife.org. For more information about Love and the event, visit the A Feast for Love page on AustinForLife.org.
