North Loop cocktail bar Drink. Well. has updated their dinner and brunch menu under the guidance of chef Travis Bennett, who was hired in November. The new brunch menu from the chef who has worked in kitchens in Austin and New York City includes a polenta cake Benedict with goat cheese and truffle hollandaise, French toast bread pudding made with Sweetish Hill Bakery brioche, and biscuits and gravy with housemade pork sausage and a Vital Farms egg. Dinner additions include acorn squash risotto and beer-braised pork belly sliders with apple-curry jam.
