Qui, Clouser and Wiseheart named finalists for ‘People’s Best New Chef’

Swift’s Attic executive chef Mat Clouser, Paul Qui and Contigo’s Andrew Wiseheart have been named finalists in the Southwest region of Food and Wine magazine’s People’s Best New Chef competition.

The award, now in its fifth year, honors chefs who have been running their own kitchen for five years or fewer. The winners are determined by an online vote that begins today and runs through March 31. Winners will be announced on April 2 and will appear in the July issues of Food and Wine.
