Pachanga introduces “Very Important Taco” ticket package

Pachanga Latino Music Festival is putting a unique spin on the VIP experience with its “Very Important Taco” package.

The $75 VIP pass at the May 10 festival will include access to a food court with 10 taco stands. VIP ticket holders will get a free taco from each vendor in a group that includes Casa Chapala, One Taco, Tacodeli, Maria’s Taco Xpress, La Fogata, El Primo, and Mellizoz. The taco area will be open from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Attendees who have already purchased general admission tickets for Pachanga can add the VIP package for $45. (VIP tickets go on sale at noon here.)

VIP ticket holders will also have access to a salsa bar from El Taquito and Casa Chapala, paletas from Mom & Pops, and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, including aguas frescas from El Taquito. The VIP pass also offers amenities such as indoor restrooms, an air-conditioned lounge, and a private patio area.

The seventh annual festival takes place May 10 at Fiesta Gardens and includes musical acts such as five-time Latin Grammy Award-winning Latin rock superstar Julieta Venegas, Mexican rock-fusion band El Gran Silencio, 2014 Grammy Award-winning Latin-alternative quartet La Santa Cecilia, and 2013 Latin Grammy Awards’ “Best New Artist” Gaby Moreno.
