East Austin bar WeatherUp (1808 E. Cesar Chavez St.), which last summer brought on chef Kristine Kittrell of Mulberry, will start serving Sunday brunch this weekend. Service will run from noon to 4 p.m. WeatherUp will start Saturday brunch next week. Details on the brunch menu are forthcoming.

Kittrell also announced today that WeatherUp will start a bi-monthly supper club that debuts Thursday night. The events will feature five-course meals with cocktail pairings for $75. Capacity for the dinners is limited to 14 diners, and the first event is already sold out. In addition to the supper club every other week, Kittrell also said that she and WeatherUp will take reservations for parties of eight or more (Sunday-Thursday) who want to have their own five-course meal with pairings for $75. Like your own private little dinner party at a bar. Kittrell said she will work with parties regarding dietary restrictions for those reservation-only dinners. Reservations can be made at weatherupnyc.com.
