Video: Grill talk with Tim Love

When you think “food and wine festival,” your mind may conjur images of seersucker, cheese nibbles and pinkie-out wine sipping. Fort Worth chef Tim Love destroys those notions. The Austin Food & Wine Festival partner hosts an annual grilling demo, an idea fest partner Charlie Jones says came from having attended others fests that lacked a hands-on element, and it is a party. Love calls the 300-person event the larget grilling demo in the world. It’s probably also the sauciest and most colorful, with the chef encouraging imbibing and leading by example.
