La Condesa will hold its annual Cinco de Mayo block party on May 4, with food and drinks from the upscale Mexican restaurant and other vendors, and music from Este Vato, Bombasta, DJ Chicken George and Chorizo Funk, Celsius, Vitera, and more.

The party, which takes place on a closed-off section of West Second Street between Guadalupe and San Antonio streets, takes place from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and is open to all ages. The sixth annual event will feature face painting and other activities for kids, and a menu that includes Mexican street corn, tacos and margaritas and Mexican beer.
