Now open: The Scarlet Rabbit in Round Rock

The Scarlet Rabbit opened for lunch and dinner at 410 W. Main St. in downtown Round Rock. The Texas bistro is a concept restaurant from Greenhouse Craft Food’s chef Rob Snow and chef Rich Taylor (formerly of Quality Seafood) featuring an “Alice in Wonderland” theme with comfort food with “a Texas twist.” The space was designed by Sonja Snow, with a bold color scheme and nods to Lewis Carroll’s book throughout.
