The East Seventh Eats trailer park celebrates its grand opening Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with free beer and music from Eddy and the Everreadys with Pamela Allen. The new trailer park offers food from the Brisket Boys BBQ, formerly of Elgin; Churros Company, which sells sweet and savory churros; OMG Cheesecakery; and Aunt Fanny’s (burgers, sandwiches, etc.). Property owner Bianca DeLeon said she wants to also add a pizza trailer and taco trailer to the space next to Vintage Heart Coffee and across from the Texas State Cemetery. East Seventh Eats will have another opening party with live music and free beer next week from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
