Bufalina’s Steven Dilley to cook at Josephine House

Josephine House’s new guest-chef dinner series returns July 29 with a meal prepared by Steven Dilley, chef/owner of exceptional East Austin restaurant Bufalina.

The pizza-maker will deviate from his trademark Neapolitan pies by preparing a four-course menu featuring buttermilk brick chicken. Tickets for the event, the third in the series, are $50, with wine pairings for an additional $30.Reserve seats by emailing reservations@josephineofaustin.com.
