Cuvée Coffee opens retail coffee bar Monday

Cuvée Coffee plans to open its first retail coffee bar Monday at 2000 E. 6th St. The local coffee makers will sell traditional espresso beverages and pour-over coffee using the innovative Modbar brewing system, as well as their nitrogenated cold craft coffee, Black and Blue, on tap. Once the permits are solidified (in approximately 30 days), they will offer 9 craft beers and two wines on tap. Cuvée will serve pastries from Walton’s Fancy and Staple and plan to offer meat and cheese plates from Antonelli’s Cheese Shop in the evening, once hours are expanded. The coffee shop will initially be open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (and expand hours after TABC certification). Cuvée is located in the same building as several creative production companies and the forthcoming restaurants Counter Café and Gardner.
