Fit Folks: Mary Ceshker, 59 and Greg Ceshker, 64
We bicycle for both health and conditioning and as our weekend fun and vacations. During the cycling season, we frequently spend Friday night on an air mattress in the back of our SUV in a parking lot where the next day's 100-kilometer bike ride will start. Our favorites include the Firecracker 100 in Stephenville, Fire Ant in Gatesville, Melon Patch in DeLeon, Goatneck in Cleburne and Peach Pedal in Weatherford. Mary also power-walks and swims, while I work out with weights at The Hills Health Club and Wellness Center. Usually, our biking season culminates with a September weeklong self-guided bike ride in Europe. We have done several in Provence and a couple in Tuscany, as well as the Andalucia White Villages and Gerona area in Spain. This picture is from our ride last September through the Loire Valley in France.
