Fit Folks: GeorgeAnn Dirks, 85
Growing up, I never did much formal exercise, but now I exercise five days a week. Since moving to Querencia at Barton Creek, I'm able to participate in strength training three days a week, water fitness classes two days a week, and both laughter yoga and chair yoga once a week. My favorite, though, is the water fitness classes. I love the social aspect of all the classes, but the most important thing is that I feel so much better when I'm exercising. I hate to miss even one day.
