Fit Folks: Mary Lou Plumb, 87
I keep fit by leading a Safe for Seniors exercise class three times a week in our club house. I do what I have learned on my own, having had rehabilitation myself. Starting in May I also lead exercises in our outdoor swimming pool. Some people like the water, some people don't, so from May through October I do both. I also try to walk a mile a day. These things keep me fit. I love helping other seniors do the same.
