Margin Walker has suspended shows in Austin through March 28.

“Due to the governor’s declaration of a statewide disaster, the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and guidelines implemented by state officials we have decided to cancel all shows in Austin from now until March 22,” reps for the local promotion house said in a statement posted to their official social media accounts on Friday night.

The company is also rescheduling all shows from March 23 to March 28. Ticket buyers will be alerted of rescheduled show dates and cancellations, the message said.

“This was simultaneously a difficult decision to come to as music fans, but a necessary and easy one to come to as human beings and friends,” the statement said.

Margin Walker’s March roster featured several dates at the Mohawk including a March 26 show from Watsky and a March 28 concert from Best Coast.
