Grammy-winning singer Norah Jones and New Orleans band the Revivalists are atop the lineup for A Day in the Vines, a new two-day event set for May 9-10 at Spicewood Vineyards about an hour west of Austin.

The Revivalists head up a Saturday bill that also features Lake Street Dive, Tank & the Bangas and Strand of Oaks. Joining Jones in the lineup for Sunday, which is Mother’s Day, are Patty Griffin, Mavis Staples and Sir Woman.

Tickets, $129.99 for each show, go on sale Feb. 21 via the festival’s website, Ages 3 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult. A portion of the proceeds will go to local nonprofit Kids in a New Groove, which provides musical instruments and education to children in the Texas foster care system.

A Day in the Vines is a collaboration between Austin-based concert promoter C3 Presents and New Zealand’s CRS, which produces a similar event in that country and has worked with C3 on the Auckland City Limits festival.
