In 50 words or fewer: Okkervil River’s seventh full-length release, “The Silver Gymnasium” (Sept. 3, ATO), is a love letter of sorts to Okkervil frontman Will Sheff’s hometown of Meriden, NH. It’s some of the songwriter’s most personal material. The album comes packaged with a map of the town.
