Tickets on sale Friday: Morrissey, Neon Trees

Morrissey announced a U.S. tour earlier this week, in advance of the release of a new solo album he started recording in January. Moz and singer-songwriter Kristeen Young are scheduled to play Austin Music Hall on May 24, much to the delight of local fans who bought tickets to last year’s cancelled date at the very same venue. (The singer cancelled virtually all of his tour dates in 2013, citing various health concerns.) Tickets go on sale Friday morning at 10 a.m.

  • Band of Skulls, SACCO at Emo’s (May 12)
  • Grieves at Stubb’s (May 13)
  • Morrissey, Kristeen Young at Austin Music Hall (May 24)
  • Matt Pond PA at Red 7 (May 27)
  • Neon Trees, Smallpools at Stubb’s (June 2)
  • Tech N9ne at Emo’s (June 20)
  • A-Trak, SALVA at Emo’s (June 28)
  • Lionel Richie, CeeLo Green at Austin360 Amphitheater (July 10)

A bit further out: C3 announced earlier this week that Tori Amos will bring her Unrepentant Geraldines Tour to the Long Center on July 30. Tickets will go on sale on Friday, March 7.
