UPDATE TUESDAY, 12:40 p.m.: Current Antone’s owner Spencer Wells said Tuesday that Antone’s is not involved in any way with the Samsung shows. Wells said that Samsung’s Terms and Conditions page for tickets to the shows errantly included the Antone’s name with the address of its former Fifth Street location. Wells said there is still no set time or location set for the return of the iconic venue, which shut down at the end of 2013 after a short rebirth on East Riverside Drive.

The Samsung Terms and Conditions page also removed the listing of Austin Music Hall as the location for Wednesday’s Jay-Z and Kanye West show, and also increased the number of public tickets available from 300 to 600. Tickets were distributed Tuesday morning at the Samsung Galaxy Experience SXSW headquarters adjacent to the Convention Center. Some tickets also are available to SXSW music and platinum badge holders through a lottery draw.

UPDATE: Per the Terms and Conditions page for the Samsung Galaxy Experience shows, Wednesday’s Jay-Z and Kanye West show is at Austin Music Hall at 9 p.m., while the Thursday-Saturday shows are at 8:30 p.m. at 213 W. Fifth St., the former site of Antone’s and more recently of Infest. The Samsung page details also identify the name of that venue as “Antone’s.”

UPDATE: Some tickets to the Jay-Z and Kanye West show also will be available to SXSW platinum and music badge holders via ticket drawing. More details are on the SXSW website. The three additional shows (Janelle Monae and Gary Clark Jr., Broken Bells, and Cut Copy and Holy Ghost) will be open to those with SXSW platinum and music badges.

Jay-Z and Kanye West will team up on Wednesday for a concert sponsored by Samsung, with tickets to be given away to owners of the company’s Galaxy mobile devices.

Location and show time were not included in a brief statement released Monday afternoon. Galaxy owners can pick up tickets for themselves and a guest, while they last, at the Galaxy Experience marketing site on Second and Trinity streets starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Galaxy owners must have Milk Music downloaded to their device to be eligible for tickets.

Samsung also has shows scheduled on Thursday with Gary Clark Jr. and Janelle Monae, Friday with Broken Bells, and Saturday with Cut Copy and Holy Ghost.
