Luther Dickinson and S. Carey in-store at Waterloo Records. Outside of SXSW, it’s unusual for Waterloo to do two in-stores in one day, much less on a Monday, but that’s how it goes when the stars collide. Dickinson, best-known as a member of the North Mississippi Allstars, is at the Texas Union Ballroom with the Southern Soul Assembly, a collective that also includes JJ Grey of Mofro, Marc Broussard and Anders Osborne. S. Carey, best-known as the drummer for Bon Iver, is at Holy Mountain promoting his solo disc “Range of Light,” which came out on Jagjaguwar this week. Waterloo: Dickinson, 5 p.m., Carey, 6:30 p.m., free. Texas Union Ballroom: $35-$40, 8 p.m., 2247 Guadalupe St., Holy Mountain: $10, 9 p.m. (with White Hinterland and Dana Falconberry), 617 E. Seventh St., — Peter Blackstock
