It’s time to grab your Hot Topic shirt and party like it’s 2007: Pop punk mainstays Fall Out Boy and Paramore are coming to the Austin360 Amphitheater on Aug. 2.

Fall Out Boy, a Chicago-area quartet formed in 2001, is famous for Warped Tour hits like “Sugar, We’re Going Down” and “Dead On Arrival.” Led by frontman Patrick Stump and bassist Pete Wentz, the band released their latest, “Save Rock and Roll,” last year.

Paramore, signed to Wentz’s Fueled By Ramen label, first hit it big with their 2007 single “Misery Business.” Though their lineup (centered around singer Hayley Williams) has shifted through the years, the band’s success has endured: Paramore’s self-titled fourth album was warmly received by critics last year and yielded current summer hit “Ain’t It Fun.”
