Tedeschi Trucks Band, Band of Heathens at ACL Live. Allman Brothers fans might be sad about the band having called it quits last month, but they can revel in the music longtime guitarist Derek Trucks has been making for the last few years with the Tedeschi Trucks Band, which will now get his full focus. A partnership with his wife, firebrand blues singer Susan Tedeschi, the group got off to a great start when its 2011 debut album “Revelator” won the Grammy for best blues album. Since then, they’ve released a second studio album as well as a live record documenting the sheer force of sound they generate with their eclectic 11-piece lineup. Local rockers Band of Heathens open. $20-$79. 8 p.m. 310 Willie Nelson Blvd. acl-live.com. — P.B.
