“Legends & Legacies” at Strange Brew. If the holidays are largely a family affair, Strange Brew has a fitting lineup on the last night before winter officially arrives. Two father-son teams, James and Curtis McMurtry and Jon Dee and William Harries Graham, are joined by Sara Hickman and her daughters Io and Lili to form the foundation of the show. But siblings deserve notice as well, so sisters Bonnie and Eleanor Whitmore are aboard, too, along with Eleanor’s husband, Chris Masterson. $20. 8 p.m. 5326 Manchaca Road. strangebrewloungeside.com.

Also: It’s unofficial Grammy day for the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar at Palmer Events Center, with sets by folk album nominee Eliza Gilkyson (8 p.m.) and blues album nominee Ruthie Foster (3:30 p.m.). Terri Hendrix didn’t get a Grammy nod this year, but she’s well worth catching in the noon slot. … Mexican rock band Molotov plays an all-ages show on the outdoor stage at the Mohawk. … Indie acts Leopold & His Fiction and Emily Wolfe play the indoor stage at Stubb’s. … Head way north for the soulful funk sounds of Mingo Fishtrap at the Roost, or way south for a dynamite triple bill at Sam’s Town Point with Churchwood, the LeRoi Brothers and Ice Cold Singles. … The Vallejo Brothers serve up their Christmas Jam at Rattle Inn.
