Finding style at ACL Fest

We checked out the Austin City Limits Music Festival and found these stylish Fashion Festies Award winners in the crowds.

Sure, the major musical acts known for their combination of fashion savvy and singing prowess weren't out in high number at this year's Austin City Limits Music Festival. We did get Gogol Bordello, Muse and M.I.A., but no Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Lady Gaga or Erykah Badu.

The lack of style show stoppers didn't stop music fans in Zilker Park from turning on the fashion heat. This year casual wear beat out costumey looks, and of course, last year's top style items, rain boots and ponchos, were forgotten among the masses.

This year's major ACL Fest trends included rompers, sequins for day, plaid shirts, porkpie hats, bikini tops, boots of every style, fringe handbags and oversized sunglasses.

And it appeared guys collectively decided to show off their months spent at the gym, adding an element of "Jersey Shore" style to ACL.

With warm fall temperatures, numerous male fest-goers were spotted immediately removing their shirts upon entering the festival grounds. And you guessed it — not everyone had abs chiseled like "Jersey Shore's" Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino.

Pecs and six-pack abdominals aside, we present you some of this year's winners of our annual Fashion Festie Awards from the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
