The Austin Film Festival kicks off Oct. 26 with a big lineup of film writers, narrative features, documentaries and panel discussions. Feature films including “I, Tonya,” “Chappaquiddick” and “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri,” documentaries such as “What Haunts Us” and “Fail State,” panels on podcasting or your favorite movies and TV shows — the fest is jam-packed.
