Netflix has picked up distribution for “Print the Legend,” a documentary about the present and future of 3-D printing, which won a Special Jury Recognition award for editing and storytelling at this year’s SXSW. …

“Thank You a Lot” — the Austin-based, debut feature movie by Texan writer-director Matt Muir starring real-life country singer James Hand — has been acquired by Gravitas Ventures. Gravitas will give the movie a video-on-demand release in June. …

Polari is changing its name back to AGLIFF (Austin Gay and Lesbian International Film Festival). Polari/AGLIFF’s new director is Jim Brunzell, previously with Minneapolis/St. Paul International Film Festival.
