Fonda San Miguel’s guest chef series Sunday night welcomes one of Mexico’s best chefs

Fonda San Miguel owner Tom Gilliland will open his trailblazing Mexican restaurant for a guest chef series that starts Sunday with Mexican chef Pablo Salas.

Chef Salas has come to acclaim for the creative cooking at his Toluca, Mexico restaurant Amaranta, which has landed on San Pelegrino’s 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America the last four years.
