KGSR plans free Wednesday concerts

KGSR’s Discovery Series is here, offering listeners a chance to get to know up-and-coming music acts.

The free concerts will take place Wednesdays at 8 p.m. at Threadgill’s World Headquarters, 301 W. Riverside Drive.

The full lineup:

• Oct. 23: Carson Brock, 8 p.m.; Brady Beal, 9 p.m.
• Oct. 30: Peterson Brothers Band, 8 p.m.; Waterloo Revival, 9 p.m.
• Nov. 6: Emily Bell, 8 p.m.; to be announced, 9 p.m.
• Nov. 13: So Long Problems, 8 p.m.; Emily Wolfe, 9 p.m.
• Nov. 20: Mayeux & Broussard, 8 p.m.; Eric Tessmer, 9 p.m.
