Giveaway: Under the Influence of Music

Wiz Khalifa’s second annual Under the Influence of Music tour will blast into the Austin360 Amphitheater next week, bringing some of the hottest artists in hip-hop right now. Joining Khalifa on the tour is N.Y.C. young gun A$AP Rocky. Rappers B.o.B., Trinidad Jame$, Joey Bada$$ & Pro Era and Berner also will perform as well as Chevy Woods and Smoke DZA.

Email the answer to the Wiz Khalifa trivia question below before 10 a.m. Monday for a chance to win two tickets to the Thursday show. Send your answers to musicsource@statesman.com, and put “Wiz Khalifa giveaway” in the subject line:

While hip-hop is thought of as an urban form of music and Wiz Khalifa got his break while living in Pittsburgh, he was actually born in one of the least urban states in the country. What state is it?

One winner will be selected at random from the correct responses received. Note: These are hard tickets and will need to be picked up at the Austin American-Statesman building at 305 S. Congress Ave. between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The winner will be notified by email before noon Monday. The winner will need to verify that they have received the notification within a few hours of receiving the email. If we receive no verification, the tickets will be awarded to the next winning participant on our list. Non-winners will not be notified. Austin360.com does not store email addresses or any personal information provided by readers for any purpose other than giveaway win notification.
