Cool winds are blowing and hot cocoa is brewing, which means it's a fine time to take in local holiday light show. According to 10Best.com, Austin is home to one of the best in the country.

The website named the Austin Trail of Lights among the 20 best public holiday light displays in the United States. Want it to be No. 1? You have until 11 a.m. on Dec. 10 to vote. The winner will be announced on Dec. 21.

Oh, and if you're ready to visit the Trail of Lights in person, here's the scoop: The Zilker Tree Lighting will be held at 6 p.m. Nov. 25 in Zilker Park, and the Trail of Lights — which this year adds a lighted carriage, 12 lighted guitars and a 25-foot spiral holiday tree — runs from 7 to 10 p.m. Dec. 10-23.
