Fun Fun Fun Fest just got a little more fun.
Organizers of the annual music and comedy event, held this year from Nov. 8-10 at Auditorium Shores and the State Theater, have announced that comic Sarah Silverman will join the lineup of comics including Tenacious D; Patton Oswalt; Craig Robinson; Rob Delaney; Doug Benson and Jenny Slate on the Yellow Comedy Stage (is there a funnier color?) sponsored by JASH.
That’s the Google online comedy network Silverman started with fellow comics Michael Cera, Tim Heidecker, Eric Wareheim and Reggie Watts, who appeared as a group at SXSW earlier this year to announce the new venture (Slate and Benson have also created projects for JASH).
Silverman will perform Nov. 8 as part of the FFF Nites program at the State Theater and Nov. 10 on the festival grounds.
Passes and tickets (including weekend passes, single day tickets, USP passes and student discount tickets) for the festival, which features musical performances by M.I.A., Slayer, MGMT, Jurassic 5, Snoop Dogg, Descendents, Ice-T, Television, FLAG (Keith Morris, Chuck Dukowski, Dez Cadena, Bill Stevenson and Stephen Egerton), among others, are available at funfunfunfest.com.
A complete list of all comedy and music acts is also available at the website.
