Editor’s note: The comedian’s show will take place on Dec. 5 at the Paramount Theatre.
Nick Kroll is coming to Austin and tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18.
The comic plays Ruxin on FX’s “The League,” stars in Comedy Central’s “Kroll Show” and appeared as one of the Germans in an episode of NBC’s “Community.”
Quickly earning a reputation as a comics’ comic, Kroll has been collecting accolades including 2013 Breakout Comedy Star from Montreal’s Just for Laughs Festival and inclusion on Variety’s 10 Comics to Watch list. Also, you’ve gotta’ love a guy who still fits standup gigs in between appearances in films such as “Get Him to the Greek” and “I Love You, Man” in addition to other TV gigs on “Parks and Recreation,” “Children’s Hospital” and “”New Girl.”
Finally, his bio says that he likes to eat Take 5 candy bars, so there’s that.
Tickets ($30.50 each) can be purchased at Livenation.com, austintheatre.org, the Paramount box office, or by phone at (512) 474-1221.
