There’s a new place to celebrate the marriage of tacos and barbecue. Taco Bronco, the trailer from Tom Micklethwait of Top 10 Austin barbecue operation Micklethwait Craft Meats, has opened his trailer outside of Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches at 3220 Manor Road.

The menu features tacos made with brisket, pork carnitas, boar sausage and more; and the sandwiches include chopped beef and a Mexican-influenced torta. Diners can also order brisket, carnitas and chicken by the pound. Micklethwait has become known for its great sides, and Taco Bronco diners will find creative offerings like grapefruit slaw and roasted calabacitas. And, yes, there is chips and queso.

Taco Bronco is open 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday-Sunday.
