Often replicated, never duplicated, James Beard winner Christina Tosi of Milk Bar fame will bring her signature cereal milk soft-serve ice cream to this year’s Hot Luck Fest.

Tosi, who came to celebrity after joining David Chang’s team at Momofuku, now oversees more than a dozen Milk Bar locations, will serve the childhood-inspired treat out of a 1969 Chevy P10 Milk Bar ice cream truck at Coupe de Grille, the brunch that helps close out the festival on Sunday, May 26 at the Austin Speed Shop.

Tosi will be joined at the event by more than a dozen other chefs, including Jesse Griffiths (Dai Due), Justin Yu (Theodore Rex), Katie Button (Button & Co. Bagels), Mason Hereford (Turkey and the Wolf), Michael Fojtasek (Olamaie) and Alex Manley (Swedish Hill).

Individual tickets for the Couple de Grille event ($125) are available online at and are also included in the Whole Enchilada package ($550).
