Time to get your seersucker suits pressed and floppy hats cleaned, Easter’s almost here. That means brunch (and sometimes dinner) specials at restaurants around Austin. Every restaurant in town that regularly serves brunch will likely be open, with some serving brunches designed for the holiday. Café Josie. 1200 W. 6th St. 512-322- 9226, The Clarksville-area restaurant will serve Easter brunch for the first time, with unlimited plates of buttermilk pancakes, quiche Lorraine and breakfast tater tot casserole for $25.

Cannon & Belle. 500 E. 4th St. 512-493-4900, The brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and includes a cold bar, carving station and fried chicken. Cost is $62; it's $19.95 for children ages 6 to 12.

Carillon. 1900 University Ave. 512-404- 3655, The buffet runs from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes options such as charcuterie, prime rib carving station, rack of lamb and Texas redfish. 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Cost is $69; it's $25 for children ages 6 to 12.

Ciclo at the Four Seasons. 98 San Jacinto Blvd. 512-685-8300, The buffet runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes options such as pancakes, coconut fried chicken and mezcal-and-epazote-glazed ham. Cost is $90; it's $45 for children 12 and younger.

Fleming’s. 320 E. 2nd St. 512-457-1500; 11600 Century Oaks Terrace. 512-835-9463; The steakhouse locations serve a three-course menu offering choices like eggs Benedict with sliced filet mignon, crab cake and salmon Cobb salad. Cost starts at $30 for adults and $16 for children. Brunch begins at 10 a.m.

Goodall’s Kitchen. 1900 Rio Grande St. 512-495-1800, The restaurant at Hotel Ella features a buffet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with options such as brisket, hot cakes and scrambled eggs with lobster. Cost is $70 and $25 for children 12 and younger.

Greenhouse Craft Food. 1400 E. Old Settlers Blvd. 512-366-5567; 708 S. Austin Ave. Georgetown. 512-688-5282, The brunch buffet at the suburban locations of this restaurant include options such as ham with honey mustard sauce; fried chicken on a biscuit with Fresno jelly; and deviled eggs. Cost is $17.99 and $6.99 for children 12 and younger.

Hyatt Lost Pines. 575 Hyatt Lost Pines Road. 512-308-4860, The restaurant at the Hyatt resort in Bastrop serves a brunch that includes a carving station, artisan-cured meats and cheeses and a “Little Tikes” station with several dining options for children. Cost is $64; it's $28 for children ages 6 to 12.

Hyde Park Bar & Grill. 4206 Duval St. 512-458-3168; 4521 West Gate Blvd. 512-899-2700; You can find the restaurant’s Ranch Hand Benedict and Brunch Punch, but the main draw might be an appearance by the Easter Bunny.

Jeffrey’s. 1204 W. Lynn St. 512-477-5584, The elegant steakhouse serves a brunch that includes options such as a seafood tower, fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs and a carving station. Cost is $110; it's $45 for children.

Josephine House. 1601 Waterston Ave. 512-477-5584, Jeffrey’s kid sister will serve a three-course brunch that includes choice of steak and eggs; lemon ricotta pancakes; and cured salmon nicoise salad.

Marker 10 at Hyatt Regency Austin. 208 Barton Springs Road. 512-477-1234, The restaurant serves a brunch buffet with selections such as a build-your-own “pancake pantry” station, tacos with house-smoked brisket and carne asada. The buffet runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $40, $20 for children between the ages of 4 and 12 and free for those 3 and younger.

Mattie’s at Green Pastures. 811 W. Live Oak St. 512-444-1888, The Southern-inspired buffet runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes options such as a carving station; hot and cold appetizers; and sweet treats. There will also be an Easter egg hunt at 1:30 p.m. Cost is $85 and $40 for children ages 6 to 12.

Olive & June. 3411 Glenview Ave. 512-467-9898, The Italian restaurant is serving both Easter brunch and dinner, with options such as gnocchi, grilled Italian sausage, grilled trout and gelato. Cost is $42.

Revue. 101 Red River St. 512-524-4813, The restaurant at the Fairmont serves its “bottomless brunch” from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. that includes a raw bar with fresh oysters and shrimp cocktail; maple bacon and spinach quiche; and smoked salmon eggs Benedict.

Russian House. 307 E. 5th St. 512-428-5442, The Orthodox Easter brunch buffet includes chicken chakhobili, pork stroganoff and borsch. Cost is $35, $15 for children and free for those ages 7 and younger.

Second Bar + Kitchen at Domain Northside. 3121 Palm Way. 737-300-4800, The special menu includes options such as roasted spring lamb and polenta primavera stations; smoked salmon deviled eggs; and pork belly-and-pineapple skewers. Service runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Cost is $55, it's $27.50 for children 12 and younger.

Stella San Jac. 310 E. 5th St. 512-391-2333, The restaurant inside the Westin downtown serves a meal that includes a brunch board with lobster salad, brisket hash and pecan praline French toast. Cost is $55, $29 for children ages 6 to 12 and free for children ages 5 and younger.

Trace at the W Hotel Austin. 200 Lavaca St. 512-542-3660, The prix fixe menu includes options such as minestrone soup, avocado toast and slow roasted prime rib. Cost is $50.
