Is there anything better than a carefully curated charcuterie board, replete with prosciutto, salami, brie, blue and a sharp cheddar? Spread & Co. is betting not, as the minds behind the gourmet cheese and charcuterie delivery service are opening their first brick-and-mortar location later this year.

The new restaurant will be located in Austin's Rosedale neighborhood on West 38th Street. According to the company's website, the location is scheduled to open this summer, though an Eater Austin report pegs the opening to either September or October.
