Mondo, the Austin-based company known for its limited-edition posters, vinyl soundtracks and Alamo Drafthouse team-ups, is bringing its fifth MondoCon to Austin on Sept. 14-15.

The convention at the Palmer Events Center (900 Barton Springs Road) is a "celebration of everything Mondo loves," including movies, art, music, games, toys, comics and food.

According to a news release: "A stellar schedule of panels will include sneak peeks at what Mondo has up its sleeve for upcoming toys & collectibles, an in-depth discussion of soundtracks from Mondo Music Group and special guests, a design panel featuring artists Daniel Danger, Matt Taylor and Jock as they collaborate live with each other (and the audience) and take a poster from concept to completion and much more, plus an epic DIY Skateboard Workshop with MondoCon alum Sonny Day on both Saturday and Sunday."

MondoCon will also host the world-premiere screening of a new "Evil Dead" theatrical experience in 4K with a new soundtrack. Attendees will also be able to snag new Mondo offerings, like a new release of the "Black Panther" soundtrack on vinyl and posters for "Ghostbusters," "The Dark Crystal," "The Last Jedi" and more, according to Mondo.

Tickets for two days ($99) and Sunday ($50) are available on the Mondo website, as is a full list of panels, artists, movie screenings and exhibitors. Go to mondotees.com/pages/mondocon for more information.
