Austin critics lionize Austin artists in airtight ceremony

The big news from the 2019 Austin Critics Table Awards ceremony, held Monday at Cap City Comedy Club — aside from the high praise from arts journalists and the earnest expressions of gratitude from artists — was the running time: Just over two hours.
