Cupcakes inspired by summer cocktails — and containing just a wee bit of booze to boot — are going to satisfy our sweet-tooth cravings starting today.

Sprinkles, the Domain Northside store with a famous 24-hour cupcake ATM, is selling two new sweet treats in collaboration with Tito’s Vodka this summer. The Tito’s Down Home Punch and the American Mule both feature frosting infused with the vodka from Texas’ oldest distillery.

Only one of the cupcakes is available now; the other, American Mule, will replace it on July 9. Here’s what to expect.

  • Tito’s Down Home Punch: Available from June 25 through July 8, the cupcake is made of orange cake batter filled with berry pomegranate compote, topped with Tito’s-infused lemon berry marble frosting and finished with a dash of cinnamon sugar.
  • Tito’s American Mule: Available from July 9-22, the cupcake is a fragrant ginger cake studded with crystallized ginger and topped with Tito’s-infused lime frosting, according to a news release.

Both are available for pre-order and are priced at $4-$5.25 depending on the location. Sprinkles has additional stores in California, where it’s based, and seven other U.S. states. The Austin location is at 3120 Palm Way.
