Tiki Tuesdays at Hotel San Jose, 5 p.m. to midnight every Tuesday in July. Sip on a beach-themed sake cocktail, the Hanalei, while listening to surf tunes from the Avocados.

July 4th Fun at El Sapo, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, July 4. The debut of new happy hour times (3 to 7 p.m.) and an updated cocktail menu will kick off with this celebration featuring red, white and blue margaritas.

Mettle’s One Year Anniversary Happy Hour, 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 17. A summer cocktail and dinner menu will be unveiled at this special happy hour, including the debut of a pina colada made with coconut water, pineapple juice and 10 Cane rum.

Sierra Nevada Beer Camp at Banger’s, noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 26. For one day only, Sierra Nevada will bring its “beer camp” to town — with 12 collaboration beers Austinites probably haven’t had, such as an ESB with New Glarus called “There and Back.”

Austin Lager Jam at Billy’s on Burnet, 1 p.m. Saturday, July 26. 15 lagers from local and regional breweries, including Hops & Grain, Live Oak and Oasis, as well as the debut of Big Bend Brewing Co. in Austin. $27.
