Craft beer bills pass in House, Senate

And now for some good news.
On Friday, legislators in the Texas House gave tentative approval to a set of bills that would make it easier for microbreweries and brewpubs to sell their products, including at the site of where the beer is brewed.
The bills, which also permit brewpubs to sell their products in wholesale and retail markets, had already been approved in the Senate and now await the signature of Governor Perry.
