Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, 3110 Esperanza Crossing in the Domain, is revamping its Bleu Ribbon Kitchen public cooking classes this fall with a series of workshops for home cooks who want to know more about everything from brunch to butchery.

The half-day, full-day and multi-day classes start at $99, and the next session will cover vegetarian cooking on Sept. 6. Other classes in September include fresh pasta and sauces (Sept. 13), artisan bread (Sept. 24 and 25) and homemade sausage (Sept. 27).

In October, they’ll tackle German fare (Oct. 11) and dim sum (Oct. 25), and November will bring classes on ramen (Nov. 1) and cakes and cupcakes (Nov. 8).
