Bid farewell to small screen faves and good riddance to some others

Monday

"Two Broke Girls" 7 p.m., CBS: Max and Caroline stalk Martha Stewart in the one-hour, first season finale.

"The Voice" 7 p.m., NBC: The remaining four contestants give their final performances.

"Castle" 9 p.m., ABC: Season 4 concludes with the greatest of cliffhangers: Will there be a Season 5? Probably.

Tuesday

"Last Man Standing" 7 p.m., ABC: Season 1 of the show I call "Cloned Improvement" comes to a close.

"New Girl" 8 p.m., Fox: Who's moving out of the loft? Find out in tonight's freshman season wrap-up.

"The Voice" 8 p.m., NBC: The Season 2 winner is revealed.

"Unforgettable" 9 p.m., CBS: Ironically, if this actually is the final episode of this show ever (and that's likely), it probably will be forgotten.

"United Stats of America" 9 p.m., History: Place your bets on the statistically most deadly U.S. animal as twin sports comics The Sklar Bros. kick off their new show.

Wednesday

"Modern Family" 8 p.m., ABC: I prefer the various tentacles of the Pritchett family in their respective homes, but this week they're all heading to Disneyland. I'll bet it's goofy.

"Revenge" 9 p.m., ABC: The real Amanda flashes back 10 years to when she first hatched her titular scheme against the Graysons.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" 9 p.m., CBS: A trio of bodies is found close to a campaign dinner in the Season 12 closer. Politics makes strange dead fellows.

Thursday

"The Big Bang Theory" 7 p.m., CBS: Bernadette and Howard launch their wedding early, before Howard heads into orbit. Much laughter; zero gravity.

"The Vampire Diaries" 7 p.m., The CW: As Season 3 ends, Elena longs for the simpler times when her mom and dad were alive. And before there were vampires and other creatures crawling all over the place.

"The Secret Circle" 8 p.m., The CW: Here's a fun way to annoy others as you watch the first season finale — every time a character mentions the "witch hunters," turn to your friends and ask, "Wait a minute ... which hunters?"

Friday

"The Finder" 7 p.m., Fox: As the first season comes to an end, a second seems unlikely. Find it while you can.

"Who Do You Think You Are?" 7 p.m., NBC: "Saturday Night Live's" Jason Sudeikis is profiled. He's played Mitt Romney a lot, lately; maybe that's the answer.

"CSI: NY" 8 p.m., CBS: Mac clings to life as Season 8 comes to a close.

"Supernatural" 8 p.m., The CW: Sam and Dean battle Dick Roman and the Leviathans. I don't watch this show. Is that a band? Why are they fighting a band?

"Fringe" 8 p.m., Fox: The season finale concludes on the heels of the show's renewal for a fifth, final season.

"Blue Bloods" 9 p.m., CBS: Season 2 ends with an effort to prevent a secret biological attack.

Saturday

"NASCAR Racing" 5:30 p.m., Fox: The wheels on the track go round and round during the Southern 500 in South Carolina. Honestly, I think it would be more exciting if the wheels were oval and the track were round.

"Saturday Night Live" 10:30 p.m., NBC: Will Ferrell returns to host.

Sunday

"Survivor: One World" 7 p.m., CBS: The winner is revealed.

"The Simpsons" 7 p.m., Fox: Word of Nedna's secret wedding leaks out.

"Masterpiece Mystery!" 8 p.m., PBS: "The Hounds of Baskerville" is the weakest entry in "Sherlock's" short, second season, but it's still worth a watch.

"American Dad" 8:30 p.m., Fox: Season 7 concludes.
