"Dancing With the Stars" 8 p.m., ABC: The top hoofer is crowned.

"Millionaire Matchmaker" 8 p.m., Bravo: Star Patti Stanger looks for love in the season finale.

"Top Chef: Texas" 9 p.m., Bravo: Things heat up when the contestants cook with peppers.

"Facing Trauma" 9 p.m., Discovery Fit and Health: Tonight's season finale profiles the recovery of Austin resident Evelyn Apoko who, as a victim of political strife in Uganda, suffered a bomb explosion that destroyed her mouth.

"American Horror Story" 9 p.m., FX: The creepy guy in the rubber suit? We're supposed to find out who (or what) he (or it) is tonight.

Thursday, Nov. 24

"Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" 9 a.m., NBC: The annual holiday procession of singers, floats, bands and balloons returns.

"A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" 7 p.m., ABC: Ice cream, popcorn and toast? I want Snoopy to cook at my house.

"Ice Age: Mammoth Christmas" 7 p.m., Fox: Sid lands on Santa's naughty list in this new, animated holiday special.

"Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown" 7:30 p.m., Fox: Not according to the Beatles.

"A Very Gaga Thanksgiving" 8:30 p.m., ABC: The pop star sings with Tony Bennett, chats with Katie Couric and cooks deep-fried turkey and waffles.

"The 85th Anniversary of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" 9 p.m., NBC: Fun fact - in 1943, the parade was shorter than the title of this retrospective.

Friday, Nov. 25

"Hoops & Yoyo Ruin Christmas" 7 p.m., CBS: I knew it was a bad idea to hop off those greeting cards.

"The Elf on the Shelf: An Elf's Story" 7:30 p.m., CBS: Those creepy, evil spies who trick kids into behaving get their own holiday special.

"Olive, the Other Reindeer" 8 p.m., The CW: Drew Barrymore stars in this sweet animated tale.

"Great Performances" 8 p.m., PBS: Linda Ronstadt hosts, Placido Domingo stars in "Il Postino."

Saturday, Nov. 26

"Dear Santa" 7 p.m., Lifetime: Bad things can happen when mere mortals try to fulfill wishes sent to Santa. For starters, a Lifetime movie actually made it into my TV picks. See?

Sunday, Nov. 27

"2011 Soul Train Awards" 7:30 p.m., BET: Cedric the Entertainer hosts the annual musical gala which is a much better choice than the producers' original (and thankfully unavailable) pick, Charlie the Yawn-inducer.

"How Many People Does It Take?" 8 p.m., History 2: Just one, if I can find the remote. You've got five minutes.
