"Hell's Kitchen" 7 p.m., Fox: Risotto, beef Wellington and a lot of bleeped expletives pepper the Season 9 premiere.

"Degrassi: The Next Generation" 8 p.m., TeenNick: Season 11 kicks off.

Tuesday, July 19

"History Detectives" 7 p.m., PBS: A wooden club that might have belonged to Teddy Roosevelt is examined. Hey, he was famously fond of big sticks.

"101 Ways to Leave a Game Show" 8 p.m., ABC: No. 33: Use "phone a friend" option to call 911, tell them Meredith Vieira won't stop gabbing.

"Awkward" 10 p.m., MTV: This scripted high-school misfit series begins tonight.

"Web Therapy" 10 p.m., Showtime: Lisa Kudrow plays a therapist who doles out treatment via 3-minute Web sessions in this inventive comedy's premiere episode.

Wednesday, July 20

Thursday, July 21

"Sweet Home Alabama" 8 p.m., CMT: It's like "The Bachelor" on steroids. No, wait - grits. It's like "The Bachelor" on grits.

"Louie" 9:30 p.m., FX: The comic and his daughters hit the road.

Friday, July 22

"Flashpoint" 7 p.m., CBS: The hunt is on for a robber who posts his holdups online. I'll bet they can identify him by his keyboard-playing cat.

Sunday, July 24

"Big Brother" 7 p.m., CBS: Play at home by skipping your rent payment and timing your eviction to match up to that of the show.

"Entourage" 9:30 p.m., HBO: The eighth and final season begins with Vince's release from rehab.
