The San Antonio Spurs will be hosting their first ever “Selena Night” April 3, according to an announcement on the team’s website.

The special night falls just weeks before the famed singer’s birthday. The event will mark the launch of a 20-piece “Selena x Spurs” merchandise collection. Fans can buy two pieces from the collection before the event in an online pre-sale, which goes live Feb. 5 on the Spurs’ shop website. A limited number of ticket and t-shirt packages will also be available for purchase.

The first 10,000 guests in attendance on “Selena Night” will also receive a commemorative “Selena x Spurs“ rally towel.

Selena’s family said the Spurs approached them directly with the idea.

“Having the Spurs reach out with this amazing idea to honor Selena was exciting to say the least,” the singer’s sister Suzette Quintanilla said in a press release. “I have been to Spurs games and have witnessed first-hand how Spurs fans get pumped up and love to sing along and dance when they hear our music. It just makes sense - it’s a Texas thing.”
